Be aware that If you have questions of Launceston's Councillors you are best to put them to them up close and personal. However finding one to do that to is very difficult. Forget 'the formal protocols' as some functionary or other will give you a disconnected response and speaking on behalf of ALL Councillors given that she/he/whoever thinks that they are just bunch of nobodies. However, the question of questions for the Councillors should ever be asking is .... What type of 'place' am I contributing to the making of? But this is a question that most never entertain.
